Home > Land Survey and Preparation
Before we begin your timber building project, our experts can advise if a land survey is likely to be required.
We will identify any potential hazards or pitfalls that may need to be considered prior to the build of your timber building, with or without the survey, then assist with planning around these issues.
Using the results of the land survey, we will arrange for the ground works. The ground work prepares the site ready for the timber building.
The ground work is the construction of the building foundation and provision of services to the location. The foundation process includes levelling the ground, creating concrete bases, driving in supporting piles, providing ground drainage, building access to the location.
